Educator Software Solutions was founded and is managed by Tennessee Educators with a reputation for working with “Partners”………not “customers”.  ESS is the only vendor to digitize the current and complete Tennessee Framework for evaluation.  ESS's completely customizable classroom walkthrough software and Tennessee Framework are currently being used by more than 32 Tennessee School Districts.  ESS partnered with Hamilton County Tennessee (Project Coach) to provide the only digitized version of the new Tennessee Evaluation Project.  ESS currently provides evaluation support for over 6,000 Tennessee teachers—over 10% of the total teachers in Tennessee.  Near the end of the 2010-2011 school year, T-Eval stored over 25,000 evaluations that have been conducted using our system.  During the 2010-2011 school year 94% of Hamilton Administrators and 72% of Hamilton teachers rate Project Coach a success.
